Raedene Counts is the Commercial Leasing Executive for Marnell Properties. Ms. Counts heads up all tenant leasing transactions including client   presentations, client tours, lease negotiations, proposals, sales, and space planning. She oversees all of Marnell Properties commercial landholdings located in Nevada and Montana.Most notable is her growing leasing portfolio of over 2 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse, retail, cargo, and airplane hangar space.  

With over 20 years of experience,Ms. Counts has worked in the leasing and property management departments at twoof Las Vegas’ premier commercial real estate developers.

‍Ms. Counts is a graduate from the inaugural class of  the Developing Leaders Institute (DLI), an educational program provided by the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and is a member of NAIOP, CCIM, SIOR, and CREW.

‍Ms.Counts holds an Associate of   Science  Degree in Business Management as well as a Real Estate Broker license for the State of Nevada.
