Marnell Corporate Center’s MCC-4, a four-story 93,675-square-foot Class "A" office building, was recently completed, with Lennar Corporation occupying 82,000 square feet for the headquarters of its Las Vegas division. MCC-4 was built high in quality and design with extensive use of glass and metal building materials to create a contemporary building that is complimentary to the campus setting of the office park.
