Marnell Corporate Center’s MCC-4, a four-story 93,675-square-foot Class "A" office building, was recently completed, with Lennar Corporation occupying 82,000 square feet for the headquarters of its Las Vegas division. Desert Express has taken 6,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet remain available for lease opportunities.
MCC-4 was built high in quality and design with extensive use of glass and metal building materials to create a contemporary building that is complimentary to the campus setting of the office park. The curved front elevation and the dramatic architecture reinforce the progressive theme of the office park. The two-story lobby contains upgraded finishes including travertine floors and pilasters, wood paneling, and decorative light fixtures. MCC-4 is one of three buildings constructed around an entry court that contains a dramatic concrete shade structure and mature landscaped area.
