A Marnell Properties project, The Creamery is a restoration and redesign of a 100-year old creamery building on Main Street in downtown Hamilton, Montana. This historic landmark serves as a unique multi-tenant office building with an added second story, keeping true to the original design elements. The building offers prime medical units and elite office and retail space. With Class A amenities, The Creamery has abundant parking, street level entrances and second level balconies.

Many years ago the building was used to house creamery. This nostalgic building was left vacant for decades, until recently when Marnell Properties purchased the building and had it renovated into an office building. The building won an award in Hamilton, Montana's local newspaper, the Ravalli Republic, and in the annual "Best of" issue for Best Building.
