LINDA ADAMS

Controller

Linda Adams serves as Controller and her responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and contract administration functions for Marnell Properties. Ms. Adams brings diversified accounting and finance experience to Marnell Properties. She has nearly 20 years of accounting experience, the last 17 years of which were working in all facets of real estate and land development accounting for a large locally based development company.

Ms. Adams earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Summa Cum Laude from University of Southern California. She was a Trustee Scholarship recipient, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society member and received the USC Accounting Circle Achievement Award. Addtionally, she is a member of AICPA and Nevada Society of CPA's.
