BRAD SCHNEPF
President
As President of Marnell Properties, Mr. Schnepf is responsible for real estate development, acquisition and sales, entitlement and management of the corporate real estate portfolio.
Mr. Schnepf directs development, construction and property management of Marnell Corporate Center, a 40-acre Class “A” professional office campus in the airport submarket that at build-out will be approximately 736,000 square feet of high-end mid-rise office space and includes amenities such as restaurants and a business hotel.
In addition, Mr. Schnepf leads the design and development team for McCarran Marketplace, a 75-acre community retail development adjacent to the McCarran International Airport that will consist of approximately 600,000 square feet of large to medium box retail and in-line shop space.
Also under Mr. Schnepf’s direction is the development of the Marnell Airport Center at McCarran International Airport, which is presently in the planning and design stage as a multi-use aircraft, warehouse and professional office park. When complete, the Marnell Airport Center will support both the air-side operations of McCarran as well as businesses associated with the operations of an international airport.
Mr. Schnepf has been involved in real estate acquisition, construction, development and management for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Marnell Properties in 2001, Mr. Schnepf’s experience included strategic acquisition, sales, leasing and entitlements of commercial real estate projects for both private real estate firms and a privately held/publicly regulated utility company. These types of projects included acquisition and entitlement of electrical transmission and substation facilities from private and public entities; disposition and re-development for commercial use properties originally acquired and held for utility/public purposes. In addition, Mr. Schnepf successfully directed the development and operations of commercial real estate portfolios including office, office/warehouse and retail.
Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Mr. Schnepf attended the Arizona State University. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), a candidate with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the Las Vegas Founders Club, which is host to the FRYS.com OPEN Championship at Las Vegas, an annual PGA event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
